Meet Lauren
I have provided support to individuals, couples, families, and children for 20 years in the mental health field working as a Licensed Master Social Worker. I am certified as a Trust Based Relational Intervention Practitioner, trauma trained mental health professional, and Prepare/Enrich Facilitator. With experience in the field of adoption, child welfare, & fertility, I led as the executive director of a non-profit faith based ministry for five years. I started my business Flourish Consulting Services LLC in 2019, and have consulted for a national embryo donation center and fertility clinic specializing in embryo adoption over the last five years. I offer intuitive coaching and support to individuals looking for compassionate and empathetic care!
For fun, I am a local singer/songwriter and play guitar and sing lead vocal in the band Fountain City Ramblers!
Most importantly, I am a mom to two amazing kids that are the light of my world!

What Makes Me Unique?
I hit the reset button in my mid 30s and carved a new path for myself after facing a personal life transition. So I ventured out to start my own business and also learned to play guitar, which led to me joining the band Fountain City Ramblers. I am a singer/songwriter that performs around the East TN area. My passions are music, art, connection, and creativity. I am a working mom and understand family and work dynamics. I can provide spiritual support to people of all faith backgrounds from my years of ministry experience. I utilize my masters level social work skills and years of mental health expertise, along with a holistic and intuitive approach to coaching.
